5 steps to good content.

Keeps the internet content going…

Content is where it all starts, good content will come naturally if you are creating content regularly. Start by doing a video each week.

1) Get inspired.
Inspiration can come anytime, it’s not something you can force, but you can coach it out. Start by reading some news articles from your niche, something recent. A good way to do this is to get a good RSS news feeder, use google news feeder, or if you have an IPAD try skygrid. Enter the subject you are interested in and it’ll show you real-time information in the news regarding that subject. You can even keep it local, just that subject in just your area. One way or another you’ll have some opinions on the subjects they are talking about. Agree or Disagree, you now have original content in your head.

2) Video session time.

Anchor Text Targeting or How to Balance Writing for SEO and Actual Readers

This morning I saw an article in Read Write Web(RWW) talking about Pitney Bowe’s latest move to convert your physical mail to digital documents. That article linked to an interesting sounding service called MindTouch. Clicking on the anchor text ‘MindTouch’ took me to another article on the same blog which talked about MindTouch and its services. The article was so well done that it compelled me to want to learn more about MindTouch. The only problem was that I didn’t see any links to MindTouch. Here’s a screen shot:
